| 1 | Supply and erection of Galvanized Octagonal Pole shall be in single piece section. This shall not be any circumferential weld joint. The pole shall be hot dip galvanized as per the IS-2629/ IS-2633 / IS- 4759 standards with average coating thickness of 70 micron. The galvanizing shall be done in single dipping. The pole shall be bolted on a pre-cast foundation with a set of four foundation bolts for greater rigidity. The galvanized mounting decorative Sword type Double Armed Bracket with SS dome shall be supplied along with the poles for installation of the luminaries as per the design. |
| 2 | The pole shall have door of approximate 500mm length at the elevation of 3000mm from the base plate. The door shall be vandal resistance and shall be weather proof to ensure safety of inside connection. The door shall be flush in one side with double hinge arrangement with the extension surface and shall have suitable locking arrangement with 4 pin Loop in Loop out system with 16 Amp. MCB and connector arrangement. There shall also be suitable arrangement for the purpose of earthing. The pole shall be adequately strengthened at the location of the door to compensate for the loss in section. The door should be in special locking arrangement to avoid theft of inside accessories (As per sample & direction of EIC) |
