Providing and applying two coats of fire retardant Intumescent paint on MDF boards / ply surface including preparation of base surface as per recommendations of manufacturer to make the surface fire retardant upto 1100'c for 2 Hr fire rating complete as per fire safety norms, specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Test certificate of 2 Hr fire rating of painted material as per Indian Standard Fire safety and NBC norms has to be provided from govt affiliated testing Lab has to be produced by agency and nothing shall be paid on account.

Supply And Fixing of 48 mm thick steel door shutter along with all fitting and Fixtures of (Double Leaf Door of size 1.7m x 2.6 m) of 120 min fire rated confirming to BS-476, Part-22 and IS:3614 part-II ; fabricated with 2 nos of 1.2 mm thick glavanized steel sheet sandwiching Honeycomb materials in between Door frame are manufactured with 1.2 mm thick galvanized steel sheet in Frame pressed to form Single rebate profile of size 120x70 mm and The frame and shutter are finished with powder coating of approved colour as per recommendations of manufacturer to make the surface fire retardant upto 1100'c for 2 Hr fire rating including dismantling and disposal of old unserviceable doors and Including repair of walls in proper complete as per fire safety norms, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge
