Providing, Supplying, Installing, Testing and Commissioning of Vertical High Pressure Steam Sterilizer (Autoclave) of 78 Litres capacity, double walled construction with inner chamber made of Stainless Steel (SS 304 grade, 16 SWG) and outer shell of SS 304 grade with mirror finish, complete with air insulation, argon arc welded joints, heavy duty industrial flange heaters, die-pressed SS lid fitted with pressure gauge, steam release/exhaust valve, spring loaded safety valve and 1½\\" BSP port for validation. The unit shall be equipped with microprocessor based controller with programmable time and temperature settings, PT-100 temperature sensor, temperature range 121°C to 125°C, pressure range 15-20 PSI, timer range 1-99 minutes, low water level alarm with automatic heater cut-off, drain valve, and stainless steel perforated basket. The work should be executed as per PWD/JSV specifications and to the entire satisfactions of the Engineer-in Charge.

The Contractor will be fully responsible for watch and ward of material at site of work.

The work should be completed in the stipulated period.

The rates should be inclusive with GST and carriage

1% labour cess will be deducted from the bill of the contractor.

GST as applicable will be borne by the contractor.

The supplies items warranty period shall be provide by the contractor subject to minimum one year.
