Preparing the existing concrete/tiled flooring by removing laitance and deposits prefarably by removing by grinding the concrete surface and making it in line and level to receive further treatment by any means mannually or mechanically to remove dust , loose particles, excess masory parts etc complete with all labours, materials. (Rates Excluding GST)

Providing and applying FloArm Primer EP epoxy primer as per manufacturer's instructions in single coat having max 1.5 mm thickness on prepared surface before applying self levelling screed by using FloArm PES of required thickness to provide uniform level to the surface to receive further protective treatment inclusive of all tools ,plants, material and labour etc complete. (Rates Excluding GST)

Providing and applying FloArm SL Dissipative Under coat of thickness 1.0 mm thickness followed by fixing of self adhesive copper tape for electrical insulation at 5.0 x 5.0 m grid having 0.25 micron thickness and 10.0 mm width to receive final protective treatment inclusive of all tools ,plants, material and labour etc complete. (Rates Excluding GST)
