Providing permanent well grown Shrubs having size 2’-3’ Almanda, Ixora, Chandni variegated, hibiscus double, kaner Dwarf, kaner variegated bougainvillea double dwarf varieties or as per requirement at site.

Providing well grown decorative plant of size 3’ to 4’ golden Bottle brush, ficus Benjamina variegated, ficus Resnold, Bottle Palm juniperous Golden or as per site requirement.

Providing ground covers of different varieties Erison, syngnonium, ribbon grass, lavender, duranta, lantana, asparagus or as per requirement at site.

Plantation of Shrubs at site i/c watering and removal of unsaverieable material’s as per direction of officer in charge (excluding cost of plant & water) as per DSR 2.57.2

Plantation of Decorative plant at site i/c watering and removal of unsaverieable material’s as per direction of officer in charge (excluding cost of plant & water) as per DSR 2.57.2

(1) Uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging area to a depth of 30 cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly breaking clods rough dressing flooring with water uprooted fresh growths after 10 to 15 days and then fine dressing for planting new grass including disposal of all leads and lifts.(DSR 2.12).(2) Grassing with ‘Doob’/Fine Grass(Selection no. I) including watering and maintenance of lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for mowing including supplying good earth if needed (the good earth shall be paid for separately) (DSR 2.10).
