Disposal of building rubbish/malba/ similar unserviceable dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting and unloading the same at C & D Waste Management Site like near Jahangir Puri Safai Karmchari Quarters at Burari Plant, including weighing at plant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Weighing and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedures/ rules of the Plant Management. The rates are inclusive of all operation, labours, leads and lifts from site of work to the C & D Waste plant. (Processing fees at prescribed rate of C & D waste Management plant will be deposited by the agency and shall be reimbursed by the department on production of only original cash receipts). (Payments of this item shall be made on production of original Municipal dumping ground receipts).

Hiring and operation of hydraulic excavator (3D)/JCB Machine for 8 Hours per day for dressing of katcha portion and removal of malba i/c loading, unloading of dismantled material in trucks or dumpers, levelling and dressing of ground etc. including all risk involved in demolition operations etc. i/c cost of driver, helper, diesel, lubricants etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Hiring and operation of Mobile crane (Hydra) for 8 Hours per day for loading, unloading of dismantled material in trucks or dumpers, levelling and dressing of ground etc. including all risk involved in demolition operations etc. i/c cost of driver, helper, diesel, lubricants etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Note: Contractor will be responsible for all risk involved during demolition operation).
