Annual Comprehensive Maintenance for all 6 Nos. Positive displacement Rotary Lobe Pump (Capacity-100 HP) of Vogelsang Make, Motor control panel (VFD panel) & Control panel for Screen & Conveyor, 2 Nos. Multirake Screen, 1 No. conveyor Belt including all minor parts and consumables items as oil and grease, including bearings. mechanical seal, weare plate i/c coupling etc. excluding piping and valves (i.e. Sluice Valve, NRV , Rotary Lobe). Scope of work- Including complete servicing and overhauling of all the pumps as per requirement by OEM from time to time and to be keep the system fully functional and major defects as per the discretion of Engineer-in-Charge.
