Providing, laying, Wearing 63 to 45mm ( Sixty three to forty five milimetre) nominal size Grading-2, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel 80-100 Kn. in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per technical specification Clasue 405 as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials, within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic broom and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 Kg. (Zero decimal eight five Kilogram) per Square metres using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502, and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidents. The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.225 Kg. ( Zero decimal two two five kilogram) per ten Square metres on the prepared bituminous surface treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503, as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octrai, royality, Malkana. toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 25mm (Twenty five millimetre) compacted thick Bituminous Concrete with crushed stone aggregate of grading -II (Two), 13.2 (Thirteen point two) millimetre nominal size, using bitumen VG-10 (VG-Ten) minimum 5.5% (Five point five percent) of weight of mix and filler on thoroughly cleanely the surface by mechanical broom removel of dust, mixed in batch mix/HMP of 30-40 (Thirty to forty) TPH capacity calibrated from time to time, mixing the bituminous concrete, transporting the mix material in clean insulated vehicles covered while in transit or awaiting, tipping and laying by manually to the required level alignment and grade, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem power road roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause 507( 5th revision) complete , within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials, plants and equipments by mechanical transport, as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. The rate is including octrai, royality, Malkana. toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. The Road Traffic is to be conrolled by the contractor during execution the work.
