Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate ofspecified sizes to WBM specifications in uniformthickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeledroad/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages toproper grade and camber, applying and broomingrequisite type of screening / binding material to fill upintersticesof coarse aggregate, watering andcompacting to the required density ( G-I)

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power roadroller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to anaverage of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidatingwith road roller including making good the undulations etc. andre-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith leadupto 50 metres.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete ofspecified grade excluding the cost of centering andshuttering - All work up to plinth level1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 gradedstone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying 20cm thick fine dressed stone flooring over20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1cement5course sand) with joints finished flush complete includingcarriage of materials within all leads and lifts as directed by theEngineer-in charge.
