Extra for laying cement concrete in or under water including cost of pumping or bailing out water and lowering slush etc complete within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 1 ) The work shall be executed strictly in accordance with JSV/HPPWD/ARC and BIS satisfaction as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge 2) Nothing shall be paid to the contractor for rejected work/materials. 3 ) The payment to the labourers will be made in the presence of Junior Engineer concerned a representative of Engineer-in-Charge 4 ) The work shall be executed with in stipulated period 5 ) Silt free sand/stone aggregate of approved quarry shall be used 6) GST, Labour Cess and Security will be deducted from each bill of the contractor as per Govt rule 7) The following material required for execution of above work shall be supplied by the Department in Sub Divisional Store against proper indent on the rates (1) Cement Rs 475/- per bag (2) Tor steel 65.25-Per kg Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
