The work should be executed as per PWD/JSV specifications and to the entire satisfactions of the Engineer-in Charge.

The rates shall FOR at Mandi (HP).

The contractor shall be fully responsible for damages of material during Loading/unloading of material.

Nothing shall be paid for rejected material.

The rates should be inclusive with GST as applicable

1% labour cess will be deducted from the bill of the contractor.

Pre dispatched inspection by the department Officer/official shall be arranged by the contractor.
