| 6 | Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings etc n.exc 15cm thick above or below GL all as specified. |
| 7 | M&L for Cement concrete P.C.C (1:4:8) Type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base 75 mm thk complete all as specified. |
| 8 | M&L for chequered cement concrete coloured tiles of size 300 x 300 x 20 mm thick , set jointed with grey cement and no pigment and pointed in neat cement slurry including 20 mm thick screed bed of CM(1:6) in floors complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 9 | Demolition stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, riser of steps, skirting, dado etc laid in any mortar complete all as specified. |
| 10 | M&L 16-18mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete. (Note : Colour of granite shall be as approved by Engr-In-Charge) |
| 11 | Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 12 | S&F stainless steel tubing of any diameter of circular, square or rectangular in shape of grade AISI-304 (type Austenitic anticorrosive in nature) as in railings / grills / designer work including post top cap, bottom plate, cutting, bending, seamless welding and fixing in any type of location complete all as specified and as directed.
