Providing, Fixing, Jointing, Testing & Commissioning of Heavy duty MS 'C ' class (Heavy) pipes conforming to IS 3589 / 1239 part-I for hydrant and sprinkler applications including cutting, screwing, welding etc. & forged steel fittings like elbows, tees, tapers, reducer, gaskets etc. fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamps, hanger and nuts bolts including cutting hole and chase in brick or RCC walls/ slab and making good the same. complete with painting of one coats of Red Oxide and two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required. (Pipe to be tested @ 10Kgf/Sqcm for 2 Hrs.). All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure \\"A\\" attached with this BSR .

Providing, Fixing, Jointing, Testing & Commissioning of Heavy duty MS 'C' class (Heavy) pipe conforming to IS 3589 / 1239 part-I for hydrant and sprinkler applications in Existing trench with cement concrete block as supports including cutting, welding etc & forged steel fittings like elbows, tees, tapers, reducer with cleaning,wrapping and coating of the pipe with 4 mm thick tar based polymaric corrosion protection tape including applying uniform coat of cold pipekot primer as per IS; 10221 for protection against corrosion complete in all respect. ( Pipe to be tested @ 10Kgf/Sqcm for 2 Hrs. & Excavation of Trench and refilling of trench to be paid extra). All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.
