GI wire inside the PVC wire, size of cage 1500 mm. x 600 mm. x 450 mm. having square mesh of 80mm. X 80mm. including carrying to the work site as per direction of the Engg-in charge (Weight of each cage shall not be less than 7.80 kg)

Labour charge for filling/packing of mixed class brick bats in S.W.G PVC wire crates of size of 1500 mm x 600 mm x 450 mm. fastening with SWG GI wire and placing in river bed/slope properly as per direction of the Engg-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) and banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller wooden or steel rammers and rolling every 3rd and topmost layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonne and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks etc.a) All kinds of soil i) By mechanical means:-

Providing and placing gunny/ polythene (of minimum wall thickness of 500 micron) bags filled with sand (of minmum qty. of 0.034 cum) and properly manually stitched to avoid any leakage of sand as per specification.

Single bamboo palasiding/walling of whole 2nd class bamboo (Jati or Bethua) 65 to 75 mm dia and closely packed & driven @ 150 mm c/c including fitting fixing with half bamboo kamis horizontally in three rows with cane or tying with wire complete and struts 1.5 m apart longitudinally and providing bitumen drum sheet walling fixed with nails as per drawing and MoRD technical specification Clause 1302.5.i) Driven at least 900 mm below ground and 900 mm above ground on average.

Desilting of earth, silt, garbage, slush and other solid deposits etc. from the existing canal mannually to bring it to the required section for smooth flow in the canal in/c. disposal of excavated material outside of the canal with a lead of 50 m. and all lifts including execution of work in or under water, liquid mud and under foul conditions including the cost of taking care of canal section. Dewatering of stagnent or flowing or seepage water/sludge/liquid marsy entering into the canal from any sources as required for satisfactory execution of work including taking out the excavated material outside the canal as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Disposal of excavated materials, such as earth, silt, garbage, slush and other solid deposits etc. to be deposited & properly levelled over the canal embankment.
