Carriage of material (1.1) by mechanical transport including loading unloading and stacking complete in all respect using appropriate labour and machinery to carry dispose the building rubbish/ malba/ dismantled and wastes to the Municipal Corporation C&D waste processing plant to an average lead of 12 Km and all lifts to entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Fixing of new/old kerb after excavating / filling the earth to required level and grade complete in all respect. The rate also includes cost of filling and pointing of joints with cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement 4 coarse sand).

Providing and fixing PCC kerbs of size 2’-0” x9” having 4” thickness at bottom and 3” thickness at top made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 duly vibrated and compacted. The rate also includes the cost of filling and pointing of joints between kerbs with cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing Precasting plain cement concrete Channel of size 2'-0\\" x 1'-0\\" x 3\\" thick duly mixed, mechanically & compacted made of PCC 1:2:4 duly cured and finished. , jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:1½:3 ( : 1 cement : 1 ½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone gag 20mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping. The rates also includes for cost of hardener chemical / water proofing chemical complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level: ( 1 Cement: 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over 20mm thick cement sand mortar 1:4 including grouting the joints with cement mortar etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.Colour Pigment 20%
