| 3 | Supply of spring type shock absorber with polished finish made of SS 316 having minimum breaking strength of 25kN for connecting tensioner with cable extremity to roof top anchor posts/ support . |
| 4 | Supply of end anchorage posts with all required fittings such as bracket to fix the wire rope, bolt, spring washer and metal washer, base end and fixing the same to structural support member by suitable nut-bolt system with all members made of SS 316 and water proofing the area of work using suitable water proofing materials. |
| 5 | Supply of wire rope made of SS 316 of minimum 8mm diameter and having 7 strands with 19 wires in each strand with minimum breaking strength of 38 kN and rope shall be supplied with OEM test certificate & an undertaking from contractor that rope is compatible with the installed system & compliance is certified. |
| 6 | Supply of intermediate anchorage posts with all required fittings such as bracket to fix the wire rope, bolt, spring washer and metal washer, base end and fixing the same to structural support member by suitable nut-bolt system with all members made of SS 316 and water proofing the area of work using suitable water proofing materials. |
| 7 | Installation of wire rope along with cable extremity , tesioner, shock absorber at the ends of lifeline system on each godown on each of the SS316 posts installed. |
| 8 | Supply and fixing of end mounting bracket/ anchor post made of SS316 connected to access ladder using SS 316 nut-bolt arrangement as per site requirement for fixing the vertical lifeline wire rope and other components. |
| 9 | Supply and fixing of intermediate mounting bracket/ anchor post made of SS316 connected to access ladder using SS 316 nut-bolt arrangement as per site requirement for fixing the vertical lifeline wire rope and other components. |
| 10 | Wire crimping assembly by swaging at one end of the lifeline wire rope for fixing to end mounting bracket with required number of thimble, ferrule and wire rope cap with all accessories of SS316. |
| 11 | Fixing of one end of lifeline wire rope connected to tensioner to end mounting bracket by suitable mechansim with required number of U-bolts, thimbles etc. if required with connecting assembly systems/ accessories made of SS 316 |
| 12 | Supply of wire rope made of SS 316 of minimum 8mm diameter and having atleast 7 strands with 19 wires in each strand with minimum breaking strength of 38 kN and rope shall be supplied with OEM test certificate & an undertaking from contractor that rope is compatible with the installed system of vertical lifeline & compliance is certified. |
