| 3 | Providing and grouting tile joints, Cutting the tile joints with the help of cutting machine (width 3mm-5mm) and filling with of matching shade, using three component Epoxy based tile joint filler, non-sag waterproof grout, chemical and UV resistance, Pot life ≤ 60 mins, VOC (EPA 24) < 8gm/kg and water absorption after 7 days < 0.5g Joints shall be clean, dry, free from dirt, etc prior to application. Apply tile grout using a rubber trowel/grout floater, press firmly into joints, ensure completefill and remove excess grout from surface using suitable method.The work shall be carried out as per the directions of the Engineer in charge. |
| 4 | Providing and laying water proofing treatment to the Retaining wall /tank walls area with PU Elastomeric Single component liquid applied, cold applied, moisture cured high tensile elastomeric PU waterproofing membrane having elongation of more than 400% and having solid content of above 90% @ 1.6kg per m2 in 2 coats to achieve final DFT (dry film thickness) of 1mm including prime coat of epoxy primer @150 g/ m2. The cost is inclusive of surface preparation, crack filling, repair of loose mortar / spalling concrete surface with chicken mesh plastering etc. completely as per specification & with a 10 years warranty on product & work from certified manufacturers as per the direction of the Engineer In charge. |
| 5 | Providing and applying water proofing works for stone walls by surface preparation by removing of fungus , loose particles, cleaning with brushes and solvent providing and applying of base coat of acrlyic and two coats of powder cementious coat over a coat of flexi coat and cememntious flexible silica sand powder brush bond etc to get a strong harderend surface to match existing shade of wall cladding surface and disposal of al debris from the site as directed by engineer in charge. |

| 7 | Providing Waterproof treatment to the cracks using 1 coat of bondcoat of SBR latex and Cement at the ratio 1:1 and then preparing Cement Mortar of 1:3 admixed with SBR latex at a dosage of 15% of Cement. SBR latex confirming to BS 6319 part 2:1983 & ASTM C 190-85. Cure for 5 days. Apply singlecomponent, cold applied, water based acrylic and UV resistant water proofing & protector conforming to ASTM D 412-1992 & ASTM E 1980-01. The surface shall be prepared free of dust, fungus, loose & hard particles etc.. The cracks are sealed with crack x-shrink free sealing paste as per direction of Engineer in charge. |
| 8 | Providing and applying water proofing works on granite Floor Joints by surfcae Cleaning and removing the adhesive , dust , stains etc on with damp sponge and cutting open the granite joints with suitable cutting machine upto 2 mm to 3mmwidth and 8mm depth applying laticrete epoxy stainfree grout by mixing lacterite base and hardner throughly and filling the granite joints using rubber floats and holding the floats perpendicular to the granite surface and removing te excess and checking if all the joints are filled and hardernd within 30 minutes to 45 minutes and pouring water on ground surface to remove the residue and cleaning the granite surface with water after 12 to 24 hours to remove the epoxy haze . The shade of the grout shall necessarily match to the existing floor . |
| 9 | Provding and applying water proof treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of pf roof, terrace etc consisting of application of polysulphide sealent and flexicoat around skylight area including cost of materials labour complete as per specification. |

The material having mixing ratio - (Base : Hardener) - 100:60 (by weight) compressive strength of 70N/mm2 in 7days as per BS6319:part 2, Flexural strength of 30N/mm2 in 7days as per BS6319:part 3, Tensile strength of 15N/mm2 in 7days as per BS6319:part 7, epoxy resin based injection grout meets the requirement of BS 6319 & ASTM C 881. The finished cost to include surface preparation, fixing of non-return valve injection packers at concrete cracks, seal the nozzles with polyester resin anchor grout Instant leak plug 0.2kg/nozzle. All the application procedure shall be as per the direction of the Engineer In charge. |
