| 1 | Supplying and replacement of existing old tubular pole by HOT Dip galvanized octagonal steel pole of 10 mtr height made out of 3 mm thick sheet having bottom 210 mm A/F & top 90 mm A/F with built in connector control box with flush cover on height of 1000 mm from the bottom of pole, PCD 320 mm, MS base plate of size 320 mm x 320 mm x 20 mm thick with 250 mm strip in octagonal shape(anti theft arrangement), the pole is to be fixed on existing RCC foundation with bolt and nuts making connection, interconnection with thimble/ lugs in the connector box, earthing, making/ numbering of pole etc as required with following accessories with mounted in built in control box. a) 6 mm thick laminated sheet along with 2 nos. 6 Amp, 10KA, SPMCB, 'C' charcteristic on the din channel, 2 no. 63 Amp terminal block suitable for 25 sq.mm Aluminum condr. cable and din channel for MCB's.b) Earth stud weld at suitable height i/c washer, spring washers and nuts.c) Cable support clamps suitable for 2 nos. of 2x 16 sqmm Cable.d) Hot dipped galvanized channel type bracket suitable for mounting upto 4 nos fixture lightings with nut bolt and suitable canopy.e) Drawing of pole and bracket shall be approved from the engineer incharge as per manufacturer before use at site. | 2 | Providing and laying in position M 20 (1:2:4) reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 500 mm long x 500 mm wide and 1600 mm deep i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position reinforcement of cold twisted bar of 12 mm dia 1650mm long (approx.) -8 Nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8 mm dia 1800 mm long (approx.)-10 Nos. (with 150 mm spacing) i/c supplying of 4 Nos. M-24 x 750 mm long (150 mm top threaded portion) GI foundation bolt (EN- 8 grade) with 3 Nos. nuts and 2 Nos. washer, bolt along with 2 Nos. templates/ Anchor plate of size 320 mm x 320 mm x 4 mm thick having 4 Nos. 26 mm dia holes to match with PCD of poles base plate with positioning of foundation bolts and providing 63 mm (OD) 2 Nos DWC pipe for cable entry and exit as required.
