| 1 | Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 mtr wide and n.exc 1.50 mtr deep for taking out/ laying of under ground cable, pole, pipe, stay and getting out in soft soil strata including making good to the disbturbed surfaces such as hardstanding, footpath/ pavments complete all as specified and directed. |
| 2 | Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 mtr wide but for additional 1.50 mtr (1.50 to 3.00 mtr) depth or part there of in depth beyond the first 1.50 mtr for taking out / laying of under ground cable, pole, pipe, stay and getting out in soft soil strata including making good to the disbturbed surfaces such as hardstanding, footpath/ pavments complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm spread any type of soil complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with a layer of sand 8 cm depth before laying of cable and 15 cm depth after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured & paid. |
| 6 | M&L for well burnt sub class 'B' bricks of nominal size 230X115X75 mm abutting each other for mechanical protection of cable with width equal to lenght of brick including taking out old complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Taking down or out existing serviceable/ unserviceable cable of sizes 2/3.5/4 core 6/10/16/25/50/70/95/120/400 sqmm from the trenches / ducts/ along walls / poles / through poles / under roads/ inside sub station including segregation the serviceable cable by cutting down defective portion after testing by meggar (insulation tester) , stacking and rolling unserviceable cable for further disposal all as directed by Engineer in charge Note :(i) Excavation / cutting of road or floor/ GI pipe & laying / relaying of cable etc shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule(ii) Serviceable brick protection to be stacked carefully for counting and re use , |
| 8 | Supply, fixing/ laying, testing, connecting and commissioning in replacement of LT under ground cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade laid in trenches/ on wall/ poles/ ducts/ pipe including cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings / walls without cable duct) complete all as specified and directed of the following cross sectional area:- |
