| 1 | M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside the RCC/steel underground/ semi underground SEDIMENTATION TANK 50000/40000 gallons through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/ INCHLOR-5/NB-10, TERBAC G65 /INOXI-60 / NB-69 and ultra violet rays including painting by applying one coat of black bituminous paint (suitable for drinking water) on internal wall surfaces of tank (if no tiling work has been done) and one coat of synthetic enamel paint on ladders, railing, etc. located at PUMP HOUSE No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 11 & 13 by methods (Seven stages) complete all as specified and as directed as below:-. (a) 1st Stage : Drain out the water by using exit valve or with high capacity dewatering system or any suitable method.(b) 2nd Stage : Cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/ INOXI-60/NB-69 (a laboratory branded chemical) and scrubbing the walls of the tanks.(c) 3rd Stage : Cleaning with fresh water by high speed jet pump with pressure of PSI.(d) 4th Stage : Sterilization by using TERBAC G5 / INCHLOR-5/NB-10 ( a laboratory certified branded halogen compound) for first bacteria screening. |
| 2 | (e) 5th Stage : Cleaning the floor of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vaccum cleaner.(f) 6th Stage : Sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray ejector covering 360 degree with in the tank and kills all suspended bacteria for 2nd bacteria screening.(g) 7th stage : Cleaning and sterilize the floor to the water by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC G65 /INOXI-60 / NB-69 for third bacteria screening.NOTES :- (i) Company will submit Govt Laboratory test certificate of TERBAC G5 /INCHLOR-5 / NB-10, TERBAC G65 /INOXI-60 / NB-69, before cleaning, fixing the sticker mentioning the date of cleaning & name on site and also provide certificate confirming the completion of sterilization of water tanks mentioning the name of station and date of cleaning. All cleaning & sterilization staffs should have accidental insurance coverage.(ii) Outlet pipe should be plugged before cleaning to avoid entering scales and the same shell be re-connected after cleaning the tank. (iii) Sterilization team will be compromised of atleast 30% members who are minimum 03 months certificate holder in water tanks sterilization.(iv) Contractor will be responsible for rectification of complaints occured during cleaning the tanks.Make : Rays Cleantech/Inus watertech/ Satya Enterprise |
