| 3 | M & L for semi dense bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness using graded crushed stone aggregate premixed with binder (paving grade bitumen VG 30 grade) @ 5.5% by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.Note :- (i) Semi dense bituminous concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper.(ii) The minimum biyumen content is 5.5%of total mix. No price adjustment shall be made if bitumen content is more than 5.5% after design mix. |
| 4 | Repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc., cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) rolled and compected with 8 to 10 tone power roller to required camber/gradient complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 sqm, depth exceeding 50 mm but not exceeding 100 mm including rolling over the broken surfaces using 8 to 10 tonnes power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 6 | M & L for 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 45 mm size) spread, levelled, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to10 ton power roller complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 7 | Labour for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 45 mm size) or of grading 3 (53 to 22.4 mm size), spread, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- Materials obtained from BOQ Item No 5 herein after shall be resused. |

| 9 | M&L for premix bituminous macadam n.exc 75mm thickness or less, using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 4% binder (Paving bitumen VG 30 grade) content by weight of total mix, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonnes power roller completeall as specified and as directed.Note:- The minimum bitumen content shall be 4% of total mix. However, no price adjustment shall be made if bitumen content is more than 4% after design mix. |
| 10 | M & L for 2.5mm thick road marking strip (Retro reflective) of specific shade/colour using hot thermoplastic materials by fully/semi auto thermo plastic applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beada, dispensers, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surfaces including T&P, cleaning of road surfaces all dirt, seals, oils, grease and foreign materials etc. complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 11 | Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed |
