| 2 | Materials & Labour for repairing to potholes any depth not exceeding 1.0 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc., cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by filling in screened and graded road metal over a priming/tack coat of paving bitumen primer of grade VG-10 at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm and providing premixed bituminous macadam with crushed and graded stone aggregate mixed together with 4.50% of paving bitumen of grade VG-30 by weight of total mix, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinding with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping, depth of Pot holes exceeding 30mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 3 | Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 4 | Applying evenly a priming/Tack coat with bituminous primer of grade VG-10 @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm of road surface by sprayer operated on hot pressure mechanism over old black top surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 5 | Material & Labour for Bituminous premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) with crushed and graded coarse aggregates as per design based on Job mix formula with 5.5% bitumen binder content (bitumen of Grade VG-30) by weight of total mix including heating bitumen to the required temperature, mixing bituminous concrete in automatic and temperature controlled hot mixing plant, laying, spreading uniformly by means of Mechanical paver and rolling and consolidating to the required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to a uniform smooth surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: (I) The actual requirement of binder shall be as per the job mix formula and test specified. However quantity from the mix formula found more than specified 5.5% same will be provided with no extra cost to the Govt. in case binder content found to be less than 5.5% as per mix formula as specified in Schedule 'A' shall be adjusted @ the rate of 46.90/KG for the less quantity of bitumen used. The quantity of 5.5% mentioned is exclusive of any wastage and no wastage shall be taken into account for the purpose of above adjustment.(II) Rate of carrying out design mix shall be inclusive of rate quoted by the contractor. |
| 6 | Material & Labour for premix bituminous, macadam not exceeding 75mm thickness consolidated / compacted using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 4% bitumen grade of (VG 30) grade binder content by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient using 20mm graded stone aggregate, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 7 | Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA strip lens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 8 | Supply and fixing solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 9 | Material & Labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, marking of 2mm thick & width exceeding 10cm or not 15cm on new surfaces or previously treated road surface with hot applied retro-reflective thermoplastic road marking paint (White / Black /Yellow) confirming to MORTH (Clause 803.4) all as specified with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 160 degree Centigrade including cleaning and drying the existing road surfaces to ensure dust, oil grease and moisture free surfaces before applying paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 10 | Supply & Fixing solar delineator made of poly carbonate and toughened aluminium alloy body height 145mm, dia metro 80mm, delineated height 80mm comprises of super bright LEDs which gives 360 degrees viewing solar panel 2.5 v 120 m (approx) 1.25 v rechargeable battery 1 nos or also has high intensity retro reflective band of 1\\" width for extra visibility. The delineator is mounted on steel pipe of height 1000mm and dia 50mm with an anti-theft wire mesh provided over it for extra protection. Both the pipes and the wire duly powder coated.
