| 3 | M&L for preparation of old Painted surfaces of AC Sheets by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface and applying one coats exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic, any tinted as in (camouflage pattern), including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc., of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately. |
| 6 | Supply only Integral liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645-2003 complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying acrylic based distemper emulsion (exterior grade), two coats, in camouflage pattern, any tinted over a coat of suitable primer including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour laying well burnt old size bricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.
