| 1 | Supply and fixing of 7000mm Conical Arch pole made of Continuously tapered circular Hot rolled steel curved sheet (BSEN10025 S355). Total height including with 950 mm long bend radius. The pole should have 154mm Bottom dia, 70mm Top dia x 3mm thick HT Sheet, the base plate have minimum dimension of 250x250x16mm thick steel of grade E-250 to IS 2062:2011 with 4 elongated holes 55x28 to suit M24X750mm bolts with grade 5.6 at PCD250 having MS service door. The base plate have a cable entry hole of 70mm dia at the centre. This mounting steel plate along with foundation bolt of suitable size to be used for ensuring firm grouting into the specially design foundation. Pole section welded by certified Welders using high end MIG welding process. The control gear tray is prewired with 2.5 Sqmm cable, 6 SP MCB and 32 Amp+ B7 Stud type 4 way terminal block for loop/loop out arrangement, 5A 2 Way terminal connector and provision for earthing. The pole should be hot dip galvanized and have PU Painting/Coating of min. thickness 60 to 80 Micron. All dimension are with 5% tolerance. Pole section welded by certified welders using high end MIG welding processes. MS service door and safety rope. The control gear tray is prewired with 2.5 Sq.mm cable, 6A SP MCB and 32A+B7 stud type 4 way terminal block for loop-in/ loop-out arrangement, 5A 2 Way terminal connector and provision for earthing. Any other internal cables and connections shall not be covered in the scope of supply. Mild steel mounting plate 300mm Square x 16mm thick Steel of grade E250 to IS 2062: 2011 with 4 elongated holes 48 x 24 to suit M20 x 500mm bolts of grade 4.6 at CC215. The base plate have a cable entry hole of 70mm dia at the center. This mounting steel plate along with foundation bolts of suitable size to be used for ensuring firm grouting into the specially designed foundation. All dimensions are within +/- 5% tolerance. After fabrication, entire pole is shot blasted. The pole is coated pure polyester powder coating (coating thickness 60-80 microns).
