| 1 | Specifications of heritage architectural ornamental decorative cast iron pole having provision to fix decorative aluminum light fixture (post top) Installation of same with foundation bolts of suitable size to grout it into specially designed enclosed drawing. The details of pole are given below: -The Pole: The pole shall look like as shown in the drawing. It shall have all similar features as shown in the enclosed drawing/picture. The Cast Iron Pole of nearly 3500mm length. The pole also has ornamental base (Approx.overall dimension-height 1040mm,bottom dia 370mm) shall have a provision of inbuilt junction box for fixing MCB’s or cutouts with detachable window cover. The part above ornamental base design consists of decorative sections of circular shape with traditional Chinar leaves bamboo design tapered shaped decorative Bamboo in different dimension, is made of cast iron in fine finish. The design of the cast-iron parts is clearly shown in the drawing. Mentioned dimensions are proposed dimensions, which may vary with actual measurements (Tolerance of ±5%) Light Fixture: The ornamental aluminum casted decorative suspended, pendent/hanging type light fittings of total height nearly 610mm having suitable Adopter/connector for fixing on required post; as shown in the enclosed drawing/picture. The fixtures have aluminum casted for better look. It shall have designed to illuminate large areas with its wide dispersion without affecting the environment. It shall have polycarbonate frosted glass, light cover with stainless-steel fastening elements. The fixture having provision to fix complete with required power supply. The designs of cast aluminum light fixture shall be similar to the once shown in the drawing. The fixture having provision to fix complete with required power supply; The fixture having fitted with LED panel of 45-50 Watt (100Lumens/watt and LED lens should be Osram /philips or euivalant make) The luminaries must have rated with IES LM-79-08(As per IEC62262:2002) & IP-66 rated The main structural components of fixtures have UV resistant & shock resistance IK08 (As per IEC62262:2002) with tilting frame for access to the electric & optical auxiliary compartment with silicon gaskets fixing. As regarding the electrical auxiliaries for LED module of 50watt with IP protected polycarbonate Kathod Lens & input frequency of 50Hz ;THD <10% with inbuilt surge protection of 5KV AC of & High Grade Heat sink in extruded aluminum with Silicon Compound Used for PCB Heat transferor. Each LED with specific Kathod lens for uniform photometric distribution. The Lightone LED driver shall be Water proof, With Aluminum casing covering with silicon potting with efficacy <85%.The LED efficiency of 45 to 50 Lumen/watt; it has support plates for LED module & wiring easily removable. It has appropriate space for auxiliary devices for plate wiring. It is responsibility of the installer the correct installation & electric connection in accordance with applicable regulation. Mentioned dimensions are proposed dimensions, which may vary with actual measurements (Tolerance of ±5%) Finish: Colour specification & finishing process must follow as per the ISI standard. All parts must be clean by SHOT blasting process. Further parts are painted in 4 layer coating(Coating thickness-125 to 150 micron) in which first layer with epoxy primer(to prevent corrosion),second layer with epoxy base colour,than third layer polyurethane (PU) metallic paint (Gold/Green/Copper/Silver) & final layer of polyurethane (PU) lacquer (to prevent ultra violets ray). Material Specification: All this above parts made of cast iron castings must be of FG-150 grade as per IS 210 (2009) standard, Hardness must be in range between 130 BHN to180 BHN. Cast iron must have Chemical composition of Carbon -3.0% to 4.0% Silicon- 1.0% to 2.0%, magnesium -0.5% to 0.7%,sulpher -0.02% to 0.04% & phosphorous-0.07% to 0.09% this composition is best suitable for product strength & life. the Manufactures name and departmental logo shall be embossed on the bottom section of the pole appropriately |
