M&L for raking of joint/removing old any sealing compound, dirt from Expansion joint 20mm wide (+3 mm) and 40 mm deep, cleaning the joint sides properly by mechanical means with diamond cutter, filling the joints with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 20mm dia and applying bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joints, priming top with specified primer suitable for polysulfide sealing compound and filling polysulfide based sealant, 10 mm thick including using masking tape on edges of joints to avoid accidental spillage of sealant on top of surface of pavements complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raking of joints/removing old any sealing compound, dirt, upto a average depth of 30 mm from CONSTRUCTION JOINTS of a average width 12 mm, (+ 3 mm) cleaning the joint sides properly by mechanical means with diamond cutter, filling the joints with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 15 mm dia and applying bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joints, priming top with specified primer suitable for polysulfide sealing compound and filling polysulfide based sealant, 13 mm thick including using masking tape on edges of joints to avoid accidental spillage of sealant on top of surface of pavements complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making good cracks/repair in Concrete slabs (exposed rigid pavement) by cutting 30 mm to 40 mm deep and cutting spilled joint, sides perpendicular and parallel to edges by mechanical tools like diamond cutter, cleaning with compressed air under pressure and filling with Elastomeric concrete after application of specified primer all as per manufactures instruction and specifications complete and removal of rubbish to a distance exc 250 m and nexc 500 m and depositing complete all as specified and as directed.
