Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required), top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by officer-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide and plants will be provided by the department and lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel & other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor). Prestigious offices, Samadhies, Kartavya Path, BuddhaJayanti Park, San Martin Park, DDU Park and Otherequivalent park having well developed garden features like lawns, hedge, topiaries, shrubs beds etc.(1.00 Acre=One Mali) As per yard stick.For 12 Months=(26501 sqmt. x 12 months = 318012 sqmt.)

Maintenance of cement potted plants at ground floor in flats and ground floor bungalows, office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required (Materials provided by the department) as per direction of officer in charge (1 mali for 300 Nos. Cement Pots).For 12 Months=(1150 x 12 months = 13800 Nos.)

Maintenance of potted plants displayed at ground floor in bungalows, office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required (Materials provided by the department) as per direction of officer-in-charge .(1 mali for 750 Nos. Earthen/ Plastic Pots).For 12 Months=(4880 x 12 months = 58560 Nos.)

Supplying and stacking of yellowish good earth at site of work including royalty and carriage upto all leads and lifts complete ( earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m. lead complete (cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Providing the services of Supervisor along with all T&P required for Supervising Hort. Maintenance work as given by the enquiry office. The contractor will have to make necessary arrangement for the worker to wear neat and clean dress (indicative photographs attached) with reflective safety jacket showing agency name, designation and PWD Logo. The payment shall be made for per day per job of 8 hrs duty basis . All required T&P shall be provided by the agency at his own cost nothing shall be paid for this by the department. (if agnecy fails to provide required T&P to the worker then same shall be provided by the department and necessary recovery shall be made from the contractor's bill).
