The calculation is to approved by SE,Electrical Circle (R&B) and CE ,Buildings, Odisha, BBSR before final procurement of the product.) Mono Crystalline Panel/Laminates fixed on the top of the luminaire housing, maintenance free 12.8 volts 78 Ah or more (subjected to final battery calculation with dimming profile of 100% output for 2 hrs, 90% output for 1 hr, 60% output for 1 hr and 50% output for 8 hrs per day. The calculation is to approved by SE,Electrical Circle (R&B) and CE ,Buildings, Odisha, BBSR before final procurement of the product.) LiFePO4 battery(BIS certified) , BMS, MPPT charge controller, PIR sensor( when there will be no movement the lumens output will be 30% output).The solar panel and battery should be designed to provide 2 days (24 hrs ) back up . The luminaire is having IP 65 protection for critical components, IK 08 and having lumen output of >=10000 lumens and having lumen efficacy not less than equal to160 lm/w) as per LM 79 report third party/central/state govt accredited NABL lab to justify the lumen output & lumen efficacy . Lenses should be provided on the LED chip for better lighting dstribution to avoid glare on human eyes. Both the luminaire and Mono Crystalline Panel must be manufactured in India. The Solar lighting company must submit the third party central/state govt accredited NABL lab reports to justify the lumen efficacy,luminaire output , IK 08 and IP 65 protection.The Luminaire should be supplied along with adjustable type mounting bracket which can be fitted directly on the pole.The Solar lighting manufacturer must submit the declaration letter by mentioning that complete solar light and the solar panel are manufactured in India and warranty certificate on their company's letterhead by mentioning warranty period as 5 years and necessary aftersales Service will be provided through their tollfree base service network located within 100 KM from the project site. The Solar Street light manufacturer should have own NABL accredieted laborotory. The following test reports must be submitted and approved from SE,Electrical Circle (R&B) and CE ,Buildings, Odisha, BBSR for the technical acceptance of the products.1.LM 79 REPORT and LM 80 Report ( from third party/central/state govt accredited NABL lab of AIO solar light) , 2. IK 08 ( from third party/central/state govt accredited NABL lab of AIO solar light ) , 3. IP 65 (Report of third party/central/state govt accredited NABL lab of AIO solar light 4. EN50530 – MPPT Efficiency , 5. IEC61547 , 6. IEC61000-3-2 – EMC , 7. IEC 60598-2-3 ,8. IEC 62109-1, ( The necessary test reports of third party/central/state govt accredited NABL lab from sl no. 4 to sl no.8 must be submitted for any wattage of AIO solar light ) Make-(Philips/Panasonict/Wipro/Crompton/Bajaj/Havells/LT or equivalent). NB: The cost includes 5 years CMC including repair/ Maintenance/ replacement of the product in case of any defect. The battery and panel figures are indicative only. Final procurement shall be done after approval of panel and battery backup calculation from Superintending Engineer, Electrical Circle (R&B) Odisha, Bhubaneswar and Chief Engineer (buildings) Odisha, Bhubaneswar. |
