Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of old treated wooden surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall, projected face of chajja, projected face of roof slabs & face and sides of sunshade including preparation of surfaces including cornices, plasters etc complete and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint in pattern (two or more colour combination) over one coat of exterior primer applied complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Design, pattern & colour will be approved by the GE)Notes: (i) Camouflaging pattern will be approved by the GE.(ii) Work shall be executed Upto 10 mtr high .(iii) All Safety measures for the safety of workmen shall be ensured by the contractor. Insurance of workers shall also be got done by the contractor before execution of work
