Note :- Any damages/loss to existing services such as OFC cable/Water pipe line/Electric cable etc so caused shall be repaired immediately by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. |
| 10 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made CPRI type tested HT out door type feeder pillar box , floor mounted, cubical enclosed type, made out from 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, of minimum size 1.2mx0.9mx0.6 m with two part front operated hinged doors, canopy type roof, weather and vermin proof, one closed HT bus bar chamber having 3 phase copper bus bar of size 40 x 5 mm, 15 KA short circuit rating for one second, one GI earth bus fixed out side the bus bar chamber, two nos cable gland suitable for 95 sqmm to 120 sqmm 3.0 core HT XLPE cable with and including HT danger notice board on both sides, frame made out of ISA 50 mm x 50 mm x 6mm with cable entry & exit through socket at bottom (Fixed with cable glands and gasket) for maintaining specific bending radius of cable including providing two coat of powder coated paint to out side surface and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to internal surface and necessary foundation/platform of the HT Feeder pillar box with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed. |

RMU should be provided with internal bus bars as well as earthing bus bar, one number fault passage indicator per unit pad lock provision & complete with accessories.
