Scaffolding building and cutting structural steel members (beams & chequered plates) from the STC steel structure involves on-site marking of member sizes, gas cutting and grinding spark edges, and transporting the structural materials to the steel yard.

Supply, fabrication of structural steel members which involves cutting & grinding as per required dimensions, marking & drilling of holes, edge preparation by grinding, fit up & welding of structural steel members (SMAW welding using E 7018 electrodes of approved makes) ,bolting of structural steel items, dye penetrant inspection of root pass and final pass of welding, erection of structural steel members, cleaning by wire brushing, painting with one coat of red oxide

Supply of 80mm thick carbon steel plate as per drawings. Plate shall confirm to IS: 1730 and material confirming to IS: 2062 Grade E250BR specifications.

Handling, transportation and erection of rails on the steel structure

Support structure welding with steel structure: SMAW welding (10mm weld size) using E 7018 electrodes. It includes supply of all welding consumables, edge preparation, execution of weld & LP examination of weld joints as per specifications. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
