| 1 | Beaching the 75 Ton capacity steel dumb barge from anchorage to beaching yard area, securing the barge in position, leveling the beaching yard, conveying and laying wooden sleeper 30 x 20 cm x 4 mtr long at regularar intervel from low water line up to 50 mtrs from high water line, providing steel roller 20 cm dia and 6 mtrs long underneeth the barge, positioning, securing, providing shore anchor, wire rope & pulleys in the barge, beaching the barge with the help to DD winch beyond high water lines as directed by EIC, hauling up the barge up to a hight of 1 mtrs with the help of hudraulic jack, wooden blocks, so as to under take steel repair works etc., including cost of all labour charge minor tools, transportation of materials to work site, leveling beaching yard etc., but excluding, cost of wooden sleepers, steel rollers, DD winch with accessories without operator which will be issued on free of cost by the department etc., complete. |
| 2 | Cutting, removing damaged portion of deck plate, towing post etc., of 75 MT dumb barge belongs to Port department by gas cutting and maing the structure surface perfrectly in level to facilitate to fabrication of new steel items without deviating the original alignment, stacking the cut and removed steel materials within the lead of 50 mtr as directed by EIC, including cost of all labour charges, cost of minor tools, cost of all materials required, transportation charges of all materials to work site etc., complete. |
| 3 | Fabrication, errection and assembling of steel structural by cutting / removing as well as by addition to the structure to strengthen existing structures with various size of MS plates, Angles and other steel structures by using are welding with 4 mm / 3.15 mm advani orelikon over coated electrodes and gas welding as per the direction of EIC, including running expences of welding gen set, cost of all labour charges, minor tools, cost of electrods gas cylinders, transprotation charges of all materials to work site,cost of steel structural and plates etc., complete. |
| 4 | Chipping, Scrapping and thoroughly cleaning the old steel surface with chipping hammer, scrapper etc., and cleaning with wire brush and cotton waste etc., as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge including cost of all labour charge, cost of chipping hammer, scraper, cotton waste, minor tools etc., complete. |
| 5 | Painting the cleaned surface of the crafts with one coat coat of approved marine quality primer paint / marine quality epoxy primer and painting two coats of marine quality enamel colour paints over the primer coat as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all labour charge, cost of primer paint, enamel paint, thinner, painting brush, minor tools etc., complete. |
| 6 | Supply and fixing of anodes of Zinc Alloy (IS code 8062 (Part-IV) -1979) of size 3.5' x 1.5' x 12' with four legs in a zigzag manner over the outer submerged surface below water level of Pontoon as directed by Engineer In Charge including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, cost of Sacrificing Zinc Anode size 3.5' x 1.5' x 12', transportation charges of materials etc., complete. |
| 7 | Supply & Fixing of suitable all old truck tyres as fenders in the sides of barge with G.I Chain & D-shackles etc. just above water level of Pontoon as directed by Engineer In Charge including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, cost of tyre fenders, transportation charges of materials etc., complete |
| 8 | Launching of the Dump Barge from the existing beached position to sea at Agatti, floating & berthing safely along the jetty/safe anchorage without any damage as directed by the Engineer in Charge including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, pullies, 'D' shackles etc; But excluding hire charges of winch with sleepers, rollers, which will be supplied by the department on free of cost etc; complete.
