| 13 | Supplying at site galvanised steel tower / pole materials consisting of M.S. Pipe (medium quality), angle, flat, bars gusset plates, climbing ladders, vertical and horizontal cable carrying ladder, working platform, antenna fixtures, base plates, connecting plates etc. all fabricated including cutting, drilling holes and welding etc. as per approved drawing for erection of roof top pole / tower . The structural steel for tower shall confirm to IS : 2062-1992 I.S. 1363-1992 & I.S : 12427 and fabrication shall be as per IS : 4757 . The structural steel section produced by only main producers like SAIL, RINL, TISCO, JINDAL shall be used for fabrication of tower material. The rate shall include cost of all material, labours, tools, plants & machineries and carrying the materials to the site including loading and unloading, shorting and stacking at site of work for all leads, taxes, dutes and ancillary work in handling of the pole materials. |
| 14 | Labour for lifting, hoisting and erection of poles / tower uo to 15.00 metre height above roof top on pedestal columns including fixing the poles with the mumty room as per departemental drawing and design with all its necessary components viz climbing ladder , platform with ralling, fixing up of Antenna mouning at proper height with bolts , nuts, spring washers, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: Rate includes cost of all operations involve in hoisting and erection of poles / tower including lifting of materials from ground to terrace, hire and labour charges of tools, plants and machineries , fixing of members with plates, nuts, bolts, washer and welding wherever required insurance premium of labours, life jackets, safetyvbelts, helment and all other necessary safety devices etc. and nothing will be paid extra on this account. The contractor has to supply Insurance certificate of workers, failling which an amount of Rs. 5000/- shall be deducted from bill. (The contractor will be held responsible for fulfilment & compliance of all the technical requirements of acceptance testing of the tower). |
| 15 | Supplying anchor bolts & nuts for fixing at base of tower manufatured from 20 mm dia mild steel bar of required length as per structureal drawing conforming to IS 2062 threaded at top up to 150 mm length and welded with lugs made from 100 mm x 100mm x 10 mm thick mild steel plate at 50 mm from bottom & other lugs as per structural drawing including suitable hexagonal nuts 2 nos ( Nut & check nut ) and MS spring washers etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge . Rate including the cost of the materials , all taxes & carriage at site i.e at top of roof. |
| 16 | Labour for fixing anchore bolts of 20 mm diameter 4 Nos. in each column (Total 12 Nos.) with template , anchor bolts and nuts in proper line & plumb and maintaining centre to centre distance for anchor bolts in each leg during RCC at column of 1 Metre height roof top pole (RTP) as per drawing & as per direction of Engineer -in- charge. |
| 17 | Steel work welded in built up sections trusses, framed work / cable tray / cable runner / vertical supporting post of cable runner as per approved drawing and as per direction of Engineer - in charge including priming coat with fixing in position by hoisting at any height complete for horizontal feeder / ertical cable run way . (Note :- The slope of horizontal cable tray should be downward from BTS room / shelter towards tower to prevent the seepage of water inside BTS room). |

| 20 | Painting two or more coats for 9 metre height RTP with high gloss synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and colours (white and internation orange) over one coat of ETCH primer and second coat of zinc choromate yellow primer of approved brand as per recommendation of international civil aviation rules in galvanised 9 metre RTP including all components i.e ladder, cable tray, antenna mount fixture etc. (Rate including cost of labours, materials , preparation of surface, tools and plants, saftety belts, jackets, helmets and all other necessary safety devices including insurance premium etc. and nothing will be paid etra on this account). |
| 21 | SH: DISMANTLING & DEMOLISHING |
| 22 | Chieselling of roof surface / cutting of RCC column up to required depth for welding of column dowel bars for all 3 nos. leg of RTP consisting 12 nos main reinforcement with existing roof reinforecement and welding of pole tower member with reinforcement of existing column through cleat / angle / flats etc. Exposed chieselling surface shall be covered with cement concrete with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and complete as per the direction of Engineer -In-Charge.
