Providing and laying cement concrete pavement ( 25 mm to 50 mm ( Twenty milimeter to fifty milimetre ) thick ) with 1 : 2 : 4 ( One cement : two corase sand : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) including finishing with floating coat of neat cement & making chequers of approved pattern on cement concrete floors steps, landings & pavements etc., including all leads,lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge ( As per code No. 4.1.3 page 73 ) .

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single wall of mix in cement mortar 1:6( One cement : six fine sand ), including all leads, ,lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. ( As per code No. 13.2.2 Page 196 ) .

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering-All work upto plinth level in cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 ( One cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ), including all leads,lifts & carriage of materials & to the enrire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge ( As per code No. 4.1.8 page 73 ) .

Centring & shuttering including strutting, propping etc. & removal of form work for walls ( any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth & string courses etc. including all leads, lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .
