Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring & shuttering-All work upto plinth level in cement concrete 1 : 5 : 10 ( One cement : five coarse sand : ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ), including all leads,lifts & carriage of materials & to the enrire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.( As per code No. 4.1.10 page 73 ) .

Providing & fixing high pressure PVC spigot & socket, waste & ventilating pipes ISI marked includingfixing with approved adhesive etc. complete 300 mm dia including all leads, lifts & carriage of materials &to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge ( As per item No. 3.116. ( i ) Page 68 of schedule of rates 2011 of Internal water supply & sanitary installation ) .
