Plantation work including planting of plants/trees of different varieties of height more than 7 including security/safety, good earth, watering, manure (organic), pesticides and maintenance for a period of 5 years complete in all respect (the five-year maintenance period will commence after two months planting period). The work includes: a. Digging of pits of minimum size 60X60X60 cm including removal of stones /pebbles etc. including cost of chemical, water, good earth and pesticides/insecticides/ ant termite treatment etc. as required for maintenance and development of plants. b. Supply of different varieties of plants like Neem, Shisam, Gulmohar, Jamun, Casiashama, etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including loading & uploading of plant from Nursery to site. c. Preparation of Thavala sizing 60 cm. Diameter & 15 cm deep once in a month including cutting and trimming, punning, making shapes etc. d. Inter cultural operations hoeing & weeding etc. in 90 cm Dia& 15 cm deep. e. Watering of plants with the own tanker as per requirement at regular interval. f. Security of plants, open space/ wood land/park/buffer zone/fencing etc. g. Supply of dry manure/ Goat dung manure including loading unloading, transportation & stacking at site and feeding the same as per requirement at regular interval. h. Supply of Good earth for plant as and when required. i. Supply of chemical fertilizers, pesticides and anti-termite treatment and feeding the same as per requirement at regular interval at least twice a year. PLANTATION WORK ALONG ROAD SIDE

Providing and fixing of RCC pre cast tree guard consisting of four panels of size 1800mm (Height) X 600mm (Width) X 35mm (thickness); Size of opening: 100mm X 100mm. All the panels shall be manufactured with monolithic legs of size 50 x 35 mm; the legs of the panels shall be 0.5 m below ground level. All the four Panels shall have a space for display of Name etc. preferably at middle level. RCC panels to be manufactured with M-30 grade of concrete using vibro-compaction process using jointless FRP moulds so as to achieve shuttering finish. RCC panels are to be suitably reinforced to promote long use and to prevent damage during handling, transportation & erection as per drawing & specifications.
