पावसाळ्यापूर्वी धुळे मनपा हद्दीतील नैसर्गिक नाल्यांमधील गाळ जेसीबी व पोकलैंड मशिनच्या सहाय्याने काढणे व निघालेला गाळ ट्रॅक्टर व डंपरद्वारे वाहतुक करून मनपा मालकीच्या वजन काट्यावर गाळाचे वजन करून सदरचा गाळ मनपामार्फत सुचविलेल्या अधिकृत जागेवर टाकणे बाबत. टिप-1) सादर केलेले दर हे सर्व करासहीत राहतीत(2) निविदेतील नमुद केलेल्या सर्व अटी शर्ती या मला मान्य आहेत व राहतील(3) सदर दरपत्रकात किमान वेतन कायदा, वेळोवेळी लागणारे शासकीय कर तसेच सर्व शासकीय नियम लागू राहतील. दर हा सर्व करांसहीत भरावा.(4) अभिकर्त्याने सादर केलेल्या दरांबाबत खुलासा (अभिकत्यनि कोणत्या आधारे दर नमूद केले आहे त्याचे Rate Analysis) मागविण्याचे अधिकार मा. आयुक्त तथा प्रशासक सो यांनी राखीव ठेवले आहेत.
