| 1 | Scrubbing, Cleaning and applying single coat anticorrosive Light Gray (shade No. 631 Epoxy Paint) painting of 02No. 220/132KV Class 160MVA Transformer at 220KV S/s Seoni:-a) First surface of X-mer/accessories to be cleaned of dust / oil /rust etc. from the body of the X-mer.b) After cleaning Transformer Single coat of good quality light gray (shade No. 631 Epoxy Paint) color paint should be applied on Main Tank, Conservator, Piping, Bushing turrets, Thermosyphon, Radiators, Fans, Fans Frame, Marshalling Box, Control, Cubicles.c). Drain Valve, Filter valve Sample valve and other related valve should be paint by brass color paint.d) Wheel and Rail pole should be paint with black paint.e) Transformer Earthling arrangement should be paint with mint bus green color paint.f) Top dome of Transformer all Bushing should be paint with Red, yellow, blue, and green color paint for phase indications.g) Transformer foundation and its related accessories should be paint by Snoshem paint.Note :- All type color paints should be good conductor of heat and reputed brand like Asian/Berger/Nerolac or equivalent make only and will be arrange by contractor. |
