Repair and servicing of HT-OCB’s / VCB’s of 400 Amps. to 800 Amp. 350 KVA of various types of make. The job includes the dismantling of OCB’s/ VCB’s & reinstallation of the same in the control panel unit. The cost also includes cleaning the 11KV contacts of HT OCB/ VCB, Lubrication of movable parts of mechanism of the panel units, replacements of minor parts during the servicing job being done at site. The job also includes servicing & the cost of minor parts & other petty material required to complete the job i.e. OCB shunt trip coil, mechanism greasing etc. The job includes the guarantee.

Repairing & Servicing of various type of ACB’s of various ratio from 630 A to 1600 Amp. of various types of make. The job includes dismantling of ACB’s from L.T. panel, re-installation of the same after servicing in the LT control panel unit. The cost also includes lubrication of movable parts, replacement of minor parts during the serving job being done at site. The job includes doing the repair of U/V coil, Shunt coil etc.

Servicing of LT ACB’s 630A to 1600 Amp.

Supply and filling of transformer oil (Dehydrate oil) in the existing transformer. The job includes the cost of all petty material require to complete the job.

Dehydration of Transformer oil. The job includes the cost of labour and material required to complete the job.

Drain out of transformer oil, opening of transformer part and replacement of gasket, oil seal and silica zel, breather of 315 KVA 1000 KVA transformer to stop of the leakage of oil as required at site, refilling of oil after complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

DSR 5.3 Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 Meter long etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

DSR 5.8 Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required.
