Topographical survey of site with suitable DGPS instrument. The scope of work includes collection of data and preparation of geo-referenced file containing contour plan of the area at 5 m interval, showing all prominent structures like buildings, trees, drains, nallahs, roads, power lines along with their bed finished level and demarcating the outer boundary points for pillar work etc complete including earthwork calculations as per required bed level & development of data in AutoCAD format, printout on required size paper in three copies and one soft copy of approved media. Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator )/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5 m , disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed : All kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level., 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in:, Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand).

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish :, 20mm thick.

Providing and laying cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses,, M15 grade Nominal Mix 1: 2: 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).
