Providing and laying 40 mm thick bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot miax plant producing an average output of 50 Tonne per hour using crushed aggregate of specifed grading premixed with bituminous binder transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver fnisher to the required grade, level & alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.60 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction.(MORTH : 504)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen bulked VG 10 pressure distributor @ 0.20 Kg/sqm on the prepared bitumenous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. using mechanical means. (MORTH : 503)

Providing and laying 25mm semi dense Bituminous concrete with 100 – 120 TPH Batch type HMP Producing an average out put of 75 tones Per Hours. using Crushed aggregates of specified Grading Premixed with Bituminous Binder @ 5 Percent of Mix and filler, Transporting the hot Mix. to Work site laying with a Hydrostatic Paver finisher with Sensor Control to the required Grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled Vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per.(MORTH : 508) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
