Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement (40mm thick) in all leads & lifts & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing pressed steel doors frames manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness including hinges jumb lock jamb,beed and if reuired angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50X25 mm or base ties of 1.25 mm pressed mild steel welded or regidly fixed together by mechanical means,adjustable lugs with split and tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with guards,lock strike plate and shock absorber as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretretment of the surface within all leads and lifts complete to the entire satisfaction as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the site of work.

Providing and fixing steel glazed doors, windows, and ventilators of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and welded with 16x3, 15mm, lung 10cm long embedded in Cement concrete blocks 15cm x10cm size of 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with blots and nuts including providing and fixing of glass panes with glazing clips and specials metal sassh, putty or metal beading with screws within all leads and lifts complete to the entire satisfaction as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the site of work.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on over new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter with white enamel paint complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge

Applying one coat of distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surfaces after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other matter and including foreign preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth within all leads and lifts complete to the entire satisfaction as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the site of work.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable ditemper of approved brand and manufacture of and of required shade of undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with Alkali-resistance primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth within all leads and lifts complete to the entire satisfaction as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the site of work.

Applying priming with cement primer coat on new concrete/masonry/asbestos cement/plastered surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease.dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering within all leads and lifts complete to the entire satisfaction as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the site of work.

Wall painting(Two coat with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on decorated wall surface to give an even shade surface clean of all dirt grease, loose pieces of scale and sand papered within all leads and lifts complete to the entire satisfaction as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the site of work.
