Total 53.98 Kgs of Raw Material (Gun Metal) is required to be machined and finished into the following shapes with the help of 01 No. each of Highly Skilled and Semi-Skilled manpower and Lathe Machine and Shaper Machine.Work Involved:1) Sleeve bush (Raw Material) of size Outer Dia(OD)xInner Dia(ID)xLength - 130mmX90mmX145mm is to be fitted in impeller housing after decreasing the diameter, by machining and matching with the outer diameter of shaft, into a dimension of the Bush i.e. ODxIDxLength - 120mmX100mmX140mm.2) Due to wear out of neck ring collar diameter, seating area will be prepared by machining a raw Material Gun Metal Nech Ring (ODxIDxThickness - 315mmX215mmX50mm) and new neck ring to be made matching to the the original diameter with a Final Size of Neck Ring: Outer Diameter: 305mm, Inner Diameter: 280mm, Length: 40mm.
