Wireless Water Level Controller Unit: Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 230V AC operated Wireless Water Level Controller Unit with water level indicator by 7 Segment LED display (56mm height) to indicate water level of single/ multiple Overhead or Underground tanks (Maximum 6 Tanks) in percentage with 1% esolution. It will receive water level data wirelessly from Level Transmitters and operate motor (Single/ Dual) accordingly to the set configurations. It will also indicate the flow status, motorized valve status and Audio/ Visual alarm for Overflow alert. Full, Low and Overflow limits for each tank is configurable independently. It will have modbus output for BMS system/ GSM Gateway/ other devices. It consists multiple safety features like high/ low voltage, dry run protection, max runtime, minimum number of valves to operate, pipe line pressure etc. It also consists timer based operational features.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 5V DC operated microcontroller based control module to operate multiple motors/ priming pumps/ motorized valves (Maximum 4 Nos in total) in pre-determinedsequence. It will have 230V 10amp potential free relay (8 Nos) to operate motors as per desired configurations. It will have capability to configure the settings through wifi. It will also have start and stop button to operate the sequential operation. It can also receive command from external controller to operate the sequential operation in pre-determined sequence. Duration of motorized valve & priming pumps should be configurable independently to assist priming of main pumps. It should also have lock of motor operation which can be access through wifi.

Wireless Water Level Data Transmitter for Overhead tank: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of ultra-low power inbuilt battery operated water level data transmitter (IP68) with capacitive type water level sensors to measure water level with 1% resolution and flow status and transmit the data wirelessly to controller cum receiver unit. It will have auto calibration sensor for full level and input for motorized valve status and conductive flow sensor to communicate it wirelessly to controller

It will have LED Display for indication of Signal strength of recieved signals. It can be configured to recieve the signals of perticular transmitters ID/ Repeatrs.

Motorized Valve: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Motorized Valve of ON/OFF Type 230V Single Phase operated Electrical Actuator with aluminium body (IP 67 - weather proof) with limit switch and feedback switch for valve status. It consists a connected Butterfly Valve (working pressure6Kg/cm.sq.) with SS304/ CI Disc and CI Butterfly Valve Body with Wafer type End Connections. Providing and fixing of 220V operated motorized valve controller with conductivity based five level sensors to operate motorized valve based on the water level in the tank. It will also perform gradual closing of valve for synchronization of filling multiple tanks together for energy efficiency.
