PART – D: ARS CALL CENTRE OPERATION COST (PER EXECUTIVE BASIS)

The quoted per-seat per-shift cost for ARS Call Centre operations shall be all-inclusive, covering CCE manpower, maintenance of furniture, workstations, computers, headsets and peripherals, software, MDT devices, and system access, connectivity with the Central ARS System, EDI connectivity, power backup, and all electricity, internet and telecom charges, along with any other amenities required for uninterrupted service delivery.Furniture, workstations, computers, headsets and peripherals, connectivity with the Central ARS System, power backup, shall be provided by MPRDC for 30 Seats across the 3 shifts of 24x7 (total 30 personnel are distributed across 3 shifts of 24x7 with maximum seating capacity of 15 seats at a time during a particular shift).
