Rubber Remoulding of Traction Wheels of Clariflocculators:Work involves :Collect damaged traction wheels from FACT-CD and transport safely to contractor's work site, Remove the old/ damaged lining material by suitable means.Clear the the hold down grooves in the wheel.Sand/grit blast the traction wheel as per standards. Mould fresh Neoprene rubber on the wheel to an outside diameter of 450 mm. Cure the mould by suitable means to get a hardness of 85 plus or minus 5 shore A. After proper curing and attaining required hardness, safetly transport the moulded traction wheel back to FACT-CD and handing over to FACT-CD (PAP Mechanical).
