Repairing of leakage in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main AC/PVC/HDPE pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including taking out the burst pipe from trench, dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material, tightening of CID Joints to make repair leak proof and then refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers. for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of material required from Jen store. Unlowering of submersible pump set along withlowering pipes with depth up to 120mtr and submersible cable with safety from tubewell, checking the pump set, transportation ofpump set from tube well site to store as direction,receiving repaired / new pump set from store/divisional store , testing the same, transportationto site and lowering back into tube well alongwith submersible cable, lowering pipes, specialsetc and commissioning of the tube well. The jobalso includes cable jointing, checking of dischargeof pump set, interconnection of lowering pipefrom nearby distribution pipe line, checking ofstarter and reporting for completion of Job orfault/problem if any.
