Lean concrete to be used of grade not less than M-15 and other structures in minimum M-30 grade of concrete. Cement and steel should be as per approved by the Engineer/IS code. Collapsible MS steel doors and aluminum windows to be provided including of three-coat Plastic Paint, internal two coat Water Proof Apex painting, external painting with water proof apex ultima/equivalent paint, all steelwork must be painted with red oxide paint and two coat of anticorrosive paint etc. and internal and external electrification with adequate LED lights for the compound, including automation, instrumentation & SCADA, wireless telemetry (voice & data), including Water Testing Kits, Lab Building and essential lab equipment as mentioned in the related Items Including of supply of all materials, labor T&P etc required for proper completion of works as per direction of the Engineer.
