Providing laying, Spreading & Compacting graded stone aggregate of approved quarry to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at O.M.C. in machenical mix plant carriegeor mixed material by tipper to site, lating in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on wall prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per MoRT&H clause 406 & as directed by Engineer incharge including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per M0RT&H specification 406.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using pressure distributor at the of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous bider @ 3.50 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause 507 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying semi-dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous bider @ 5.00 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause 508 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including refletrorising glass beads @250 gm/sqm. Area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per I.R.C. 35. The finish surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes. Composition of thermo plastic material shall be as per table 800–3 of clause 803 of MORTH including cost of work as direction E/IC. (Chapter-19 Miscellaneous Sr. No. 7)
