Supply, Fabrication & Erection of M.S. Rope Drum box size complete in all respect. Greasing and maintenance of all Gear and pinions, all brushes ,position indicator,greasing of wheels and bearing charges, all hinges, wire rope adjustment, greasing of turn buckle pins, oil change and smearing of wire ropes by Cadmium compound etc . as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. Required Tools and tackles such as Diesel welding Generator Sets, Gas cutting set with D.A & Oxygen gas, volume grease gun, hand grease gun, chain pulley, wire rope, Tripod, Manila rope and other T&P materials.etc at site. Painting of all surfaces above and below the hoisting ,pillar structure made of steel and structural components ,Drum box and motor box railing including cleaning, degreasing, handling, cost of paint, applying of one coat primer of 40 micron thick & three coats of final paint of 100 micron each, all inclusive of labor, materials & consumables as per relevant IS code specification with all lead & lift .(As per IS 14177 Standard).

Removal of old seals after unscrewing the bolts and nuts from angles and plates by means of applying antirust solution and stacking the useful materials for re-use (labour only) . Setting new bottom seals in position putting the old flat over it in proper position and making holes to seals by means of punch to suite the bolt inside the available old holes of flat and in skin plates and fixing with washer and tighteaning up to maximum rigidity per gate.

Surface requires sand blast cleaning should be sand blasted. Heavy deposits of grease or gear oil may be removed by the solvent like clean mineral, spirits, white gasoline etc. prior to sand blasting. Small quantities of grease or oil may be removed by blasting process in which case however the abrasive should not be reused if it contains sufficient oil or grease to render it unsuitable for blast cleaning purpose. The average surface roughness after sand blasting should not be 30-40 micron. After blast cleaning the surface should be cleaned from loose dust and debris preferable by air blast with the help of blower and removing loose scales, blisters, rust, old coating and other contamination etc from old painted surface subject to submergence in water such as condition of dam gates. Sand blasting should be carried out confirming to IS 1477 (part-1) of 1971 adhrerence to the rate of 15 to 25 Sqm/nozzle hour using 8 mm nozzle at pressure of 7kgf/Sqcm Class-B or Sweden Standard 2.5 including all equipment, materials, scaffolding, labour charges and including all costs incidental to the work and Providing priming one coat with Epoxy based primer [(Epilux 610), painting First coat with anti-corrosive epoxy based black paint HD (EPLLUX 555 HD or Equivalent), Second coat with anti-corrosive epoxy based black paint HD (EPLLUX 555 HD or Equivalent) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the site.

Installation of Handrive unit conists of Crank,and spocket,chain drive,dog clutch and hand lever etc. To support the system 3 nos of pedestal Bearing are used. In each vertical barrage gates.Transportation of above said half finished materials from workshop, generator welding transformer,derrick &other T&p, from workshop to worksite around 70km by 10 tonne truck in 03 trips.
